Realisation about taking time for myself

Now I have implemented taking 1 hour to myself for around 10 days and it changes so much. I started after lunch and after my nap to start my afternoon slow, with taking 1 hour to myself. interestingly not everyday the same thing energizes me. On some days it is doing a meditation, on other I can't find anything, on some, ready a book or doing self-development, but this hour gives me the time to reenergize myself.
